September 17, 2008 Rangers 1, Twins 0 (10)

Rangers starter Edinson Volquez almost had a very agonizing one hitter. Jason Bartlett led off the game for the Twins with a single, and that would be the only hit the Twins would get for the game. Volquez only goes 7 because of almost 110 pitches at that point, and after 9 inning the score was still 0-0. Kevin Slowey to that point had gone all 9 innings for the Twins, allowing 8 hits. Pat Neshek comes in for Minnesota, the Rangers finally get a run, and the game ends on a combined one-hitter for three Ranger pitchers.
