August 10, 2007 Phillies 10, Braves 7

Both teams come out swinging combining for 17 runs, 28 hits and 7 homeruns, with all but three of the runs for the game coming as a direct result of a homer. Here they all are:

Matt Diaz rips a 2-run shot in the top of the first for the 2-0 Braves lead, and the Phils come right back on a 2-run shot for Wes Helms in the bottom of the 2nd to tie it 2-all. Jeff Francoeur rips a 2-run blast just after Mark Teixeira's 2-run double for four more Atlanta runs in the 3rd and a 6-2 lead Brave lead. Wes Helms gets homerun number two for the game in the Phillie 4th with another run scoring in the inning to narrow the score to 6-4, and Ryan Howard rips a 2-ruh blast in the 5th to retie the game, 6-all. The Phillies get four runs in the 7th and take the lead for good on Aaron Rowand's solo blast, and the big blow a 3-run smash for Chris Coste.

The Braves get a run in the 9th, and 10-7 is the final. All those in the outfield seats got a lot of souveniers today!
