July 19, 2007 Red Sox 9, White Sox 3

It took 95 games, but the Red Sox have now played every team in the American League as the White Sox come to Fenway to begin a four game series. Things didn't start off too well for the Red Sox and starter Daisuke Marsuzaka, as despite Dice-K getting all three outs in the first inning via strikeout, Paul Konerko ripped a 2-run homer. That was about as much noise as the Pale Hose made on the day, as the Red Sox get 10 hits, 7 walks and cruise to the victory. Dice-K goes 8 with 9 whiffs, and becomes the first Sox pitcher to 10 wins.

A most unusual line score for Jason Varitek today, with 0 2 0 0 - he walked all 4 trips to the plate, and scored on two of them!
