| Julian Tavares sucks out the joint, as all seven runs were scored off him in 5 1/3 innings courtesy of a 3-run 4th and a 4-run 6th inning. Brandon Donnelly and Kyle Snyder hold the Jays scoreless the rest of the way and Big Papi and Manny make it interesting late with back to back blasts in the 8th, but the Sox would get no closer than three runs. Seemed like a very early hook for Roy Halladay as he was smoking right along and was yanked after only 70 pitches after the 5th. But all turned out well for the Jays, however. |
