| The balls were flying all over and out of Fenway in the annual Patriot's Day game, and the 3-0 Josh Beckett is stellar on the mound once again. Kevin Youkilis fell a triple shy of hitting for the cycle, and he and David Ortiz hit back to back homers as part of a 5 run 5th inning which opened up the game. Papi also had two doubles for the game, Jason Varitek with a double and a homer, and Mike Lowell added to the offensive outburst with his first homer of the year. |
